FrankCrum – Branding + Marketing

CRUM was in need of a new identity

To better promote the organization’s offerings, the firm CRUM was renamed FrankCrum to honor the father and son legacy, the company logo was designed to reflect a contemporary, solutions-oriented team with numerous offerings, and comprehensive branding and marketing initiatives were introduced throughout the Southeast to promote the family of employer services.

Elements included:

  • Tiered website to showcase the family of solutions according to the needs of the user
  • Primary, and then secondary, marketing campaign with magazine and newspaper ads, and outdoor
  • Internal and external communications, including newsletters, brochures, and apparel
  • Email and direct mail campaigns
  • Tampa Bay Lightning hockey sponsorship
  • Event promotion (including designing a hot air balloon)
  • Tradeshow booth design and production
  • Brand guide and logo policing

Ad Campaigns

Magazine and newspaper ads were placed in publications throughout the Southeast to engage targeted audiences, promoting the suite of FrankCrum employer solutions.

Other Important Elements

FrankCrum’s presence was felt throughout Florida at events ranging from NHL hockey games to national tradeshows to almost any business or consumer event that would allow a tethered hot air balloon. The firm’s online presence allowed users to customize their experience according to their needs as well as log in to a portal for their organization’s needs.
