Partnering with a professional association with more than 40,000 global members, we had the privilege of providing opportunities for oncologists to network, discover and discuss the latest medical breakthroughs, and help their cancer patients find solace and answers in informative and easy-to-access websites, apps, and materials.
From creative strategies born from discovery meetings to digital and print designs based on best practices in design, UX, and content strategy to production and launch that were successful in maintaining established budgets while delivering the highest quality possible, the experience at ASCO was challenging, fast-paced, and heartwarming.
Elements included:
- Websites and apps that provide digital delivery of the latest information in the field of oncology
- Marketing support for digital and print campaigns customized for physicians, researchers, and patients
- Visual support for the Conquer Cancer Foundation, ASCO’s funding organization
- Branding guidelines, style guides, sub-brand creation and updating
- Print materials, including annual reports, patient guides, a bi-monthly member magazine, and direct mail
- Design support for multiple meetings throughout the year, including websites, signage, and educational materials
- Internal communications, including presentation templates and graphic support for more than 400 staff
