A great location on Tampa’s bayshore was transformed into stylish condos and promoted through branding and advertising efforts to make 345 Bayshore THE place to live. An ad campaign reached out to a demographic looking for upscale living with easy access to downtown work and play. Sales materials defined the floorplans and availability while promoting incredible amenities and a lifestyle second to none.
